Whenever a transaction flows into the timeline, Fincent tries it best to automatically categorize it from the get-go. If the transaction isn’t automatically categorized,
- Your bookkeeper will notice the transaction in their check, and raise a comment on the transaction for you to clarify. Once you respond to their comment from the For Review button, they will categorize the transaction automatically, or
- You can manually categorize the transaction by clicking on the category space, and entering the category the transaction belongs to.
