How do I delete a Customer/Vendor from my Directory? Print

To delete a Customer/Vendor from your Directory:

Go to the Directory tab from the Fincent platform.
Select the Customer or Vendor you want to delete from the Directory.
Once you have selected the Customer or Vendor, click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the Customer or Vendor details page.

Click on the "Delete" option from the drop down
After selecting "Delete," a confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm your intention to delete the Customer or Vendor.

Once you click on confirm, the Vendor or Customer will be deleted.

By following these steps, you will be able to successfully* delete the Customer or Vendor name. The deleted name will be removed from across the product.

*Some Vendors and Customers cannot be deleted. See FAQ for reasons why certain Customers and Vendors cannot be deleted.
