Bank accounts linked via Plaid will automatically display their transactions on the Timeline. However, if your bank isn’t supported by Plaid, you can still view those transactions on the Timeline with a little help from your Fincent bookkeeper.
Here’s how:
- Manual Import via CSV: Your bookkeeper can add your bank account manually and import transactions using a CSV file. To do this, you’ll need to grant your bookkeeper read-only access to your bank account or share your bank statements. This will allow them to bring in your transactions seamlessly.
- QuickBooks Online Integration: Alternatively, your bookkeeper can set up your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) if it’s connected to your Fincent account. Once connected, your transactions from QBO will automatically sync and display on the Timeline.
