Program Overview

Thank you for being a valued customer of Fincent. We appreciate your trust in our product, and we want to invite you to participate in our Customer Referral Program. This program is designed to reward you for introducing other business owners to the benefits of our Fincent product.


How It Works

Referral Bonus

  • If you refer a prospective business owner (hereby referred to as “Evangelist”) to Fincent, and we successfully close a deal with the referred business owner (hereby referred to as “New Customer”), both you (the Evangelist) and the New Customer will receive a gift card/coupon worth three months of the cost of Fincent 

  • The value of the gift card/coupon is equivalent to three months of the New Customer’s Fincent subscription cost.

  • For example, if the New Customer purchases a $349/month plan after being referred to Fincent by you, both you and the New Customer will receive a $1047 coupon/gift card each.

  • If the New Customer opts for an annual subscription, the coupon's value remains equal to three month's subscription cost.



Referral Process:

  1. You, as the Evangelist, can get a referred business owner to fill a form on our online portal, and mentioning your (the Evangelists’s) email address in the “Referrer Email ID section.

  2. We will track the referral from submission to deal closure in real-time.

  3. Upon successful deal closure, both you and the New Customer will receive your gift cards/coupons.

Terms and Conditions

  • Referral bonuses are issued only for successful deals closed with referred customers.

  • The value of the gift card/coupon is based on the monthly subscription cost of the New Customer.

  • If the New Customer chooses an annual subscription, the gift card/coupon value remains equal to three month's subscription cost.

  • Referrals must be submitted through our online portal or communicated to the Customer Success team.

  • Fincent reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
