You can get on a call with your bookkeeper anytime you'd like, and no, we don't charge you anything for this support.
To schedule a call with your bookkeeper, you need to:
1. Login into your Fincent account and use the Book a call button next to your name on the top-right corner of the page.
2. Once booked, it will show up under the Manage/Book a call button. You can choose what you want to do with the call there.
3. You can schedule as many calls as you like, and you can see all of them inside the same Manage/Book a call button. To book more than one call, click on the Book another call button.
4. When you click on the button, your list of scheduled calls will show up. From here, you can choose to either Reschedule or Cancel any call you want using the respective buttons.
