If you are on the monthly plan:
If you want to cancel your monthly plan, you can do so by sending an email to cancellation@fincent.com. There are no cancellation charges applicable.
We will process your request and put your subscription and future auto-debits on hold. At this point, you will only be liable for any previous dues.
If you are on the annual plan:
To cancel your annual subscription, simply send an email to cancellation@fincent.com at least 30 days in advance. This will give us enough time to process your request and stop billing you for the next cycle. There are no cancellation charges applicable.
