Your customer can pay with a bank transfer (ACH debit) or by using their credit or debit card. 

You must be a Fincent user on the Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan to request payments. When you send a payment request from Get Paid, your customer will receive an email with a payment link.

Fincent supports bank account transfers (ACH debit) as well as credit and debit cards for payment. Your customer will need to authenticate their bank account through Plaid and ensure their account is set to allow ACH debits before making a bank transfer. Some banks also set ACH limits. 

Note: Fincent allows you to receive ACH debits of up to $50,000 per transaction and $100,000 weekly. However, the payment will fail if your customer’s bank ACH limit is less than this.
