Fincent lets you add an invoice in one of three ways.
Add your invoice in Get Paid
You just click "Add invoice," fill in the details, and add an attachment or two. Your invoice will be synced to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account with the attachments (also added to your Files in Fincent and tagged as an Invoice).
Forward a PDF of an invoice to your unique Fincent email address
The invoice will be added to your Files in Fincent, and your bookkeeper will tag it as an Invoice so it shows up in both Get Paid and your QBO account.
Add your invoice in QuickBooks
Your invoice will also appear in Get Paid, minus attachments (they stay in QBO).
Note: You must be a Fincent user on the Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan to add invoices in Get Paid.
