Yes, you can edit any invoice under the "To Be Requested" tab in Get Paid.
Note: You cannot edit invoices that have already been requested. This is to ensure that payment emails and links sent to customers match the invoices in your account.
Select the invoice that you’d like to edit.
Click the 3 dots on the top right of the invoice and select Edit Invoice.
Change what you need to and hit Save for later. The invoice will also be updated in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
We recommend adding and editing invoices in Get Paid to keep your Fincent and QBO accounts in sync.
Note: You must be a Fincent user on the Starting, Growing or Thriving plan to edit invoices in Get Paid.
