Yes, you can delete any invoice under the "To Be Requested" and "Requested" tabs in Get Paid.
Note: You cannot delete invoices that have already been paid.
Select the invoice that you’d like to delete.
Click the 3 dots on the top right of the invoice and hit Delete.
“Are you sure you want to do this?” Hit Delete on the confirmation alert.
Your invoice will be deleted from both Get Paid and your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Any documents attached to the invoice will remain untagged in Files for your records.
When you need to, we recommend deleting invoices in Get Paid to keep your Fincent and QBO accounts in sync.
Note: You must be a Fincent user on the Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan to delete invoices in Get Paid.
