If your customer uses Fincent Pay to send you a payment, they can cancel the payment for various reasons. The most common reason? The payee does not accept the payment in time. 

Canceled payments are displayed in the Failed or Canceled Payments section on Get Paid.

As the payee, you must accept the payment by creating a Fincent account and completing the verification.
