There are multiple stages of a payment. If your payment is not already in transit to the vendor’s account, email support@fincent.com with the details, and we’ll cancel the payment for you. 


Fincent will refund you — a cancelation fee might be applicable — and your payment will be tagged as “‘Reversed” and displayed under Failed / Canceled Payments in Pay. 


If there was a bill attached to the canceled payment, it will appear in "To Be Paid" with a “Canceled” tag. You can try to pay this outstanding bill again. 


Note: You must be on one of Fincent’s paid plans to make payments.
