You must be on Fincent’s Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan to access Pay.


Bill payments made through other payment processors do not appear under the Paid tab in Fincent Pay, so the bill remains “outstanding.”


If you pay a bill outside of Fincent, you can mark it as “paid” in the "To Be Paid" tab. 


  • The moment you mark a bill as paid in Fincent, a “Bill Payment” transaction is automatically created in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

  • Once the funds are debited from your bank account or credit card, you will see a transaction in your Timeline.

Depending on your Fincent plan, when your bookkeeper or you sync this transaction with QBO, a match is found if the transaction amount on Timeline matches the “Bill Payment” transaction amount in QBO.
