You must be on Fincent’s Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan to access Pay.
When you set up your Fincent account, we ask you to link your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Once linked, payments through Fincent Pay are automatically synced to QBO.
When you make a payment through Fincent Pay, a bill payment or expense transaction is automatically created in QBO.
If you are charged a payment fee, another expense entry will be added in QBO for “Bank Charges.”
Once the funds are debited from your bank account or credit card, you will see a transaction in your timeline. Fincent automatically matches and syncs this transaction with the bill payment or expense transaction in QBO.
