This is rare, but it can happen for one of three reasons. 


  1. Has your vendor signed up and verified their Fincent account? Card payments are available only for verified vendors.

  2. Does the bill exceed $50,000 including fees? That’s the ACH bank transfer limit. Consider splitting your payment into multiple smaller transactions.

  3. Can your vendor accept payments? A red icon next to the vendor’s name in Fincent means that Stripe has disabled their account and they will not be able to receive payments at this time.
