If your bank is not supported by Plaid, you can follow these steps to manually add your bank account and start receiving payments:


1. During the payment verification process, if you can't find your bank account in the Plaid list, click on "Exit" or the "X" button. A prompt will appear. See the image below:


2. A prompt will appear to enter your routing number and account number of the bank account.  Enter your bank details, here. Make sure you fill out the details accurately, as any errors here might lead to payment failures. See the image below for what details you would require:
