If your bank is not supported by Plaid or you can't use Plaid to authenticate your account, you can follow these steps to manually add your bank account and start receiving payments:
1. During the payment verification process, if you can't find your bank account in the Plaid list or if you are unable to authenticate your bank using Plaid, click on "Exit" or the "X" button in the Plaid pop-up screen. A prompt will appear asking you to enter your details manually. See the image below:
2. This option will allow you to enter the routing number and account number of the bank account. Make sure you fill out the details accurately, as any errors here might lead to payment failures. See the image below for what details you will require:
