When requesting payments from customers using Fincent Get Paid, you have the option to decide who will pay the payment fees.  

You can either pay the fees as the business owner or pass them on to your customers. 

The selected party will be charged a fee based on their choice of payment method. 

• ACH payments are free  
• Credit and debit card payments have a 3% + $0.30 fee 

[Note: You must be a Fincent user on the Starting, Growing or Thriving plan to Request payments in Get Paid.]   

Keep in mind getting paid on Fincent is free for vendors who receive payments through Fincent Pay.
