If you’re on Fincent’s Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan and have already connected your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, your invoices are synced and displayed under To be Requested in Get Paid.
Once you send a payment request to a customer, the invoice will appear under Requested. It moves to In Process when your customer initiates the payment, and then to Transferred (with an estimated credit date) when the transfer to your account is initiated.
Note: You need to complete the verification process to send payment requests.
