If you’re on Fincent’s Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan, you can mark outstanding invoices as “Paid” from both the To be Requested and Requested tabs in Get Paid.
Select the invoice and click on the 3 dots in the invoice details
Click Marked as Paid, add a comment and Confirm.
Note: Only invoices settled through Fincent appear under the "Transferred" tab.
Invoices that you mark as paid manually are removed from Get Paid but retained in your customer’s payment history in Directory.
An “Undeposited Funds” transaction is added to QuickBooks Online (QBO) for the invoice. Depending on your Fincent plan, your bookkeeper is alerted that you marked this invoice as paid.
Once the amount is received in your bank account, the transaction shows up on your Fincent Timeline. Depending on your plan, your bookkeeper or you need to manually add the bank deposit details for the payment in QBO before the match can be found and synced in Timeline.
