Yes. When you send a document to your bookkeeper using your unique Fincent email address, it’s saved in your Fincent Files. Depending on your plan, your bookkeeper will tag the document as a bill, so it, with any attachments, shows up in both Pay and your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
If you delete this bill from Pay, it’s deleted from both Fincent and QBO. However, the document will be untagged in Files but retained for your records.
Note: You must be on Fincent’s Starting, Growing, or Thriving plan to access Pay.
